Meter Readings (Automatic)
Most of the new machine range we support and sell have the ability to sent meter readings automatically via E-Mail to us. This service is free and is very easy to set up. We phone our customers monthly to gather meter readings and most the time this takes a huge effort on our part to phone our whole customer base to collect these readings. Most of our customers are busy people and do not want this call once a month so this service is free to anyone who wants it. The machines also have the function to E-Mail us in the event of a system error so we can prepare our engineers in advance of PMs being needed and guarantee that our engineers are carrying all the parts your machine needs before he gets to your office.
