Important Developments at The KPS Group
We are delighted to announce that on the 2nd February 2012 The KPS Group became part of The Danwood Group, Europe's largest independent supplier of print management solutions. Since 1991, KPS Business Solutions has grown into a successful and respected quality supplier of office printing solutions. Increasingly, we are being asked for a wider choice of products and solutions to be even more competitive for the challenges we all face in the future. Following a long term strategic review of the best route to meet our customers' ever changing needs and provide the platform for our next evolution of growth, KPS merged with The Danwood Group. Danwood, founded in Lincoln in 1971, is today a £240 million UK company with a very strong nationwide structure, including an unrivalled portfolio of products and software solutions. It has offices in 44 locations across the UK and Ireland and employs some 1800 staff. They are also the UK's number one supplier of Sharp, HP, Samsung and Konica Minolta technology, plus the only reseller authorised to sell and service the entire Xerox range anywhere in the world. The KPS management, sales and support staff are joining Danwood and will continue to be based at their Maidstone office on Boxley Road complementing the Danwood philosophy of "local people servicing local needs". This change does not require any actions by you, our customer, as all arrangements and contracts remain live and will be looked after by The Danwood Group.
